In order to ensure the regular work of the jaw crusher, must go on scheduler maintain except the correct operation. The maintenance includes usual maintain and check, small repair, medium repair and large repair.
Small repair mainly refer to the check and repair adjustable device, the gap of the high-speed discharge open, change the worn lining board. Check driving part, lubricating part and change the lube and so on. The cycle of the small maintenance is about one month to three month.
Medium repair: beside the all works of small repair, there are replacing the pulling plate, lining plate, check and repair the bearing bushing. The time of the medium generally is about one year to two years.
Large repair; except the medium repair, there are change or cancel the eccentric shaft and moving shaft, pour the Babbitt on the connecting rod hole, change and repair all worn parts. The cycle of the large maintenance is about five years.
