Product Description:we are an Italian producer of recycled high density polyethylene granule
coming from our treatment's
plants of post-consumer plastic bottles.
our sole product - named CiPiTENE - is qualified for hollow bodies blow-moulding (single layer bottles, watering pots,..), for extrusion (profiles,
no pressure pipes, nets, sheets, ...) and for thermoforming.
CiPiTENE Melt Flow Index is 0,2-0,3 g/10' 190°C/2,16Kg.
CiPiTENE colour is light green but it can be easily coloured on darker colours with standard masterbatches by the Customer.
CiPiTENE is impurity free because it is filtered with 100 microns sieves.
CiPiTENE has a low contents of PP.
CiPiTENE smells slightly of detergent during the hot working but products don't smell when cooled off.
CiPiTENE is packed on 25 Kg plastic bags usually (a lot of 27 t).
It is possible to pack CiPiTENE also on octabins of 1.020 Kg n.w. each (a lot of 22,44 t) with upcharge or on big bags of 1.250 Kg n.w. each (a lot of 24, 25, 27,5 t).
Upon request it is possible to forward CiPiTENE on bulk silo too.
A 20 ft container contains 16,25 t n.w. of CiPiTENE packed on 25 plastic bags or 17,5 t n.w. of CiPiTENE in bulk.
