Services - notarization
We can process the Notary Services with the following documents :
1. The
original Certificate of Incorporate of the Company
2. The latest Certificate of Incumbency
3. The resolution which are duly passed by all directors for the purpose of the Affidavit
4. The Memorandum and Article of Association of the Company
A/ As a witness - Verified by Notary Public
B/ Issued the Certificate - Notarized by Notary Public

If the directors are located in different places, it is suggested that each director sign a Voting Letter and once they are all received we will circulate the minutes to be signed.
Notarize company details - (2 original 1 duplicate copy)
The notary public will issue a certificate to certify all the documents are duly filed at the Companies Registry. The Notary Public normally provide ONE original, ONE duplicate copy. We will therefore apply ONE original in order to provide THREE SETS of documents, please confirm with your local lawyer.
Authorization Letter - (including 3 sets + minutes)
We will search and apply for the BR copy; draft the minutes and format the "Authorization Letter". Your representative will have to sign the authorization letter in front of a notary public for verification. Our notary public will draft the minute and revise the format of the "Authorization Letter" in order to fulfill the local requirement. As you may well aware, China Government will conform all the format in compliance with the local regulations and ordinance.
Services Fee - professional fee of Notary Public, Government Fee, searching fee and our handling fee included.
The time from filing date to receive of the official filing documents issued by China Trademark Office is currently 30 working day. And to receive of Registration Certificate (assuming no opposition) is currently 16-18 months from filing date.
