With the help of supporters and co-organizers, the 1st Guangzhou Automotive Maintenance Technology, Tool & Equipment Exhibition was held successfully in the Liuhua Complex of Chinese Import and Export Commodities Fair, Guangzhou and closed on March 15, 2007.
The Exhibition got strong support from more than 50 domestic and overseas chambers of commerce & commercial associations and automobile fitting squares in the Zhujiang Delta, such as the US Consulate in Guangzhou, Guangzhou Representative Office of JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization), Guangzhou Representative Office of KOTRA (Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency), Guangzhou Economic Office of the French Embassy in China, Consulate General of Malaysia in Guangzhou (Commercial Office), Consulate General of the Kingdom of Thailand in Guangzhou (Commercial Office), Austrian Federal Economic Chamber, ICE (The Italian Institute for Foreign Trade), Shenzhen Auto & Motorcycle Maintenance Industry Association, Dongguan Automobile Maintenance Industry Association, Shunde District of Foshan Motor Vehicle Maintenance Association and etc. Near 30,000 professionals came to visit, and the Exhibition achieved a great success.
Besides, the “Civilized Honest & Credit Excellent Service Organizations Plaque Ceremony of Guangzhou Motor Vehicle Maintenance Industry” held by Guangzhou Auto & Motorcycle Maintenance Industry Association was held successfully on the outdoor square of Exhibition Venue on March 14, 2007. The leaders and experts came from Communication Commission of Guangzhou Municipality and Guangzhou Maintenance Association as well as enterprise representatives total 200 joined in the activity. The Standing Vice-president of Association Linminxian took charge of the Plaque Ceremony. The leaders of Communication Commission of Guangzhou Municipality such as Director Xianweixiong awarded the “Honest & Credit Excellent Service Organizations” plaques to 63 “Honest Excellent Organizations”.
