Product Description:
other Initial Production Check(IPC):
Performed when 0-20% of the shipment is complete. A visual check
of the quality of the components, materials, and finished products performed at the commencement of production against the client’s specifications and type samples. The IPC permits timely corrections and improvements before the bulk of production is initiated. Any non-conformity is immediately reported. This service is commonly employed when you have new products or a new supplier and need to determine as early as possible whether the factory production is complying with purchase expectations.
other During Production Check (DUPRO):
Performed when 30-50% of the shipment is complete. A visual check of the quality of the components, materials, and finished products performed during the middle of production. other will check that the corrections and improvements suggested during the IPC are implemented, examine the existing production and provide a status report.
other preshipment inspection (psi):
Performed when at least 80-100% of the shipment is complete and packed for export shipment or when 100% of the shipment is complete and at least 80% is packed for export shipment. A detailed visual inspection is carried our on samples selected at random to check that quality, quantity and packaging confirm to samples and specification. This service is commonly employed when you need to confirm that final production which is compliant with purchase expectations.
other loading supervision (ls):
A visual check of the condition of the shipping container before product loading. Count the number of packing units loaded and proper loading. Seal the container with a tamper-proof seal after loading.
