How Members And Newsletter Subscribers Can Ensure Receiving Tradrescity Email Messages

Sometimes spam filters can incorrectly block email. The best way to ensure that you receive TradersCity.com emails is to add our email address (citycenter@traderscity.com) to your email program's contact list which is also known as "whitelist". (A whitelist is a list of addresses that you don't want to be blocked.)
To add TradersCity.com to your whitelist, follow the instructions below based on the email system you use.

AOL
For AOL version 9.0: you can ensure that you receive TradersCity.com emails by adding our address (citycenter@traderscity.com) to your "People I Know" list:
1. Open any email you received from TradersCity.com.
2. Click the Add Address button to add TradersCity.com to your "People I Know" list.
Alternatively, you can just send an e-mail to citycenter@traderscity.com and that will add us to your "People I Know" list automatically.
If you're using an earlier version of AOL, you'll need to set your Mail Controls instead:
1. Go to Keyword Mail Controls.
2. Select the screen name we're sending your mail to.
3. Click Customize Mail Controls For This Screen Name.
For AOL version 8.0:
4. Select Allow email from all AOL members, email addresses and domains.
5. Click Next until the Save button shows up at the bottom.
6. Click Save.
For AOL version 7.0:
In the section for "exclusion and inclusion parameters", include this domain: @traderscity.com
Earthlink
Add citycenter@traderscity.com to your Address Book using:
1. Click on Address Book
2. Click the Add button
3. On the Add Contact screen, find the Internet Information box.
4. Enter citycenter@traderscity.com into the top e-mail box
5. Click Save
Hotmail
Add citycenter@traderscity.com to your Safe List using:
1. Log on to hotmail and click the Mail tab to get into your mailbox
2. Click Options - located at the top right, next to Help.
3. Click Junk e-Mail Protection
4. Select Safe List.
5. In the space provided, enter citycenter@traderscity.com
6. Click Add
7. When you see citycenter@traderscity.com in the Safe List box, click OK
MSN
For MSN version 9 add our citycenter@traderscity.com to your Safe List using:
1. Click on Settings: E-mail | Junk e-mail - located at the bottom left of the screen, just above Calendar.
2. On the e-mail settings screen, click Junk E-Mail Guard.
3. Select Safe List.
4. In the space provided under "Add people to the safe list", enter citycenter@traderscity.com
5. Click Add
For earlier/older MSN versions add our citycenter@traderscity.com to your Safe List using:
1. Click on E-mail settings - located at the bottom left of the screen, just above Calendar.
2. On the E-mail settings screen, click Junk Mail.
3. Select Safe List.
4. Click Add an item to this list.

Outlook
1. Add citycenter@traderscity.com to Personal Contacts in your Outlook Address Book.
2. Open any email you received from TradersCity.com then select Mark as Not Junk.
Yahoo
1. Open your Yahoo mailbox.
2. Click Mail Options.
3. Click Filters.
4. Next, click Add Filter.
5. In the top row, labeled "From header", make sure "contains" is selected in the pull down menu.
6. Click in the text box next to the pull-down menu, then citycenter@traderscity.com
7. At the bottom, where it says "Move the message to:", select "Inbox" from the pull down menu.
8. Click the Add Filter button again.
gmail
Just send an e-mail to citycenter@traderscity.com , and that will add it to your Contacts list automatically.
Note:
Some email systems may place the message in your Bulk folder instead of your Inbox. Please look in your bulk folder if you do not see TradersCity.com messages in your inbox.
